Jessica beats Christine Ohuruogu over 150m at the Manchester Great City Games.
Jess the world heptathlon champion clocked 16.99 seconds in her first race at this distance ahead of Ohuruogu in third.
“I’m made up. I was a bit nervous but it was a brilliant race in a brilliant atmosphere,” Ennis told BBC Sport.
